Do I report strange spam in my email to the better business bureau?
So I keep getting these weird emails that the return address always ends in .terra.es with different names in the begining so my spam filter will not catch it.
It is always some letter from someone in a different country asking my to do something like accept money for them here in the states and send it to them
My landlord (who is also a realtor) has not returned my deposit. What should I do?
I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, but she has closed her realty company. She now works for Century 21. My father ran into her two weeks ago and she told him that she was sending the deposit to me (I moved out of state)

Why is it so hard to cancel your Tivo service?
Any ex-Tivo employees care to explain this to me. You can only cancel by phone. Once you tell them you want to cancel, they will transfer you and then put you on hold and never return. I tried 3 separate calls

How do fight life insurance company?
I was trying to put my finance in order. I called People Life Insurance and got Monumental. They claim I have a loan on these policies. I said I never received a bill from Monumental.
From People Life Insurance I received letter stipulating that these polices were fully paid and never heard from them again
