need help getting financing for a business?trying to get finance help for an existing licensure the big problem is they have a lease not ownership in the building where the business resides any help please hard to get financing because of this

Ok, I am a 31yr old female from NJ... and I am not happy with my current job.?I have a BS in Business/Finance, I am Series 6 licensed with almost 10 yrs experience in my field. I want to make more $$$ than I am making now! I need a job change, however I do not know what to pursue

What are some finance options available to me?I was hoping that someone knew some specifics on government loans or programs and whether I can borrow against the value of another loan I am using towards the business. What would the 9/11 hijackers done if they realized they had been fooled before the attack?What would have happened if the hijackers of 9/11 realized beforehand that the reasons to attack were not for religious reasons but rather a business plan.
