Where can I find current info. as to Austria immigration policies & forms? |

| We are U.S. citizens concerned about a 20 year-old university student/family friend who lives in Ethiopia. We're told our best chance in quickly helping this young man is to ask our Austrian relatives to invite him to their home in Austria where he might be able to secure a student Visa. Does anyone know the current Austrian stance toward granting a visiting Visa and as to student Visas?
