| Has the US govt become lenient in granting F1 visas to student? In interviews, Condoleeza Rice said she is giving top-priority to international students. Is it true? Does anybody knows the success rate of student visa?

| No that's not truth.
The government is giving priority to national students, while foreigners are allowed in schools but visas are not given unless their parents are legallized or if they borned there, but that involves students into legal acts. |
