I do tax preparation as an extra job during tax season. We have an option for our clients to get their refund back in 1-3 days. We transmit the return via the Internet, and then in 1-3 days we get notification that the return has been accepted by the IRS and we can print out their refund check right here in my office. I tell people when I do their taxes that I will call them THE MINUTE I GET NOTIFIED and tell them when they can pick up their check. But yet, there are still those clients who call me like, 50 times a day saying, "Have you heard anything yet? Have ya, huh, huh, have ya, have ya?" I KNOW you need your money, and I'm doing EVERYTHING I can to get it to you as fast as I can. Chill!!!!! You may be very efficient but most businesses are run by people that make 7.00 an hour and could give a c r a p about the customer.
