cannot get on line using sbcyahoo. Says missing gifview.dll. But not found anywhere. How do I find that file? |

| My online ybrowser isn't working, message says missing gifview.dll file. I have tried the support tool and also went online looking for gifview.dll file. Decided to use ErrorKiller to fix the registry but it didn't do the job either. Do I have to reinstall the whole dsl program in order to get this one file back? I hope someone has the right answer to this problem. I can't even update the Turbo Tax Program it keeps going to the ybrowser instead of IE which is how I get on the internet instead of the ybrowser. Thanks to anyone that can help me on this.

| It's a hassle, I know...but reinstalling the DSL is about the only way to fix it. For some reason it glitched when you loaded it the first time. The missing DLL will be replaced if you reload the DSL software. Good Luck. |
