I have a loan contract with a person on the title (individual property grant deed) in which the contract for the loan "shall continue until the property is sold". Is this a good real estate deal? Townhouse for 222,000 in southern california?
I'm considering buying a townhouse for 222,000. 3 bedroom/ 2 bath 1200 sq ft. Needs a LOT of cosmetic work as well as new appliances. Seller is willing to pay 4,000 closing. What do you think of this deal?
