| I am trying to come up with refrences to back a theory that the crude oil futures prices were maintained artificialy high by the Institutional investment that was taking place over the last 15 months. any and all peer reviewd academic papers, journal articals and news that you can give me would be appreciated. Also if you think I am wrong, prove it with sources to back it up and I may select you as the best answer. If you are right.
