Dillard employees and taxes witheld???
do employees at Dillard's get paid weekly or bi-weekly? Also what should a person file on their income tax if they are married but seperated(not legally) with no children. What's the best thing to do in order to get as little taxes as possible taken out? I had a friend who doesn't get any taxes taken out for half or the year, then in July she starts to get taxes taken out of her check
If an employer pays back wages deferred from previous years, will the employee end up at a higher bracket?
Through no fault of either the employee or employer, some wages could not be paid during certain months over the past years. Now the employer wants to repay all of those wages. Will those wages be taxed as this years income, and will that income bump up the employee into a really high bracket? What is the mechanism to properly report this to the IRS?

as an s corp, is it better to let the income flow through to your personal income tax and be taxed then. or, pay yourself, be taxed, to prevent the flow through.

I will withhold this deputy clerk's name, but in the federal courts today, some clerks and yes even in the United States Supreme Court, the deputy clerk uses the 11th Amendment, and even though the Amendment does not state this, the clerk states that an individual can not sue thier own state, this statement is fact

Checking the Nevada tax office website recently it appears that there is a sales or 'use' tax where real estate is concerned. I dont fully understand this - what 'use' tax or sales tax would there be for the purchase of property?
