can a landlord give you a 3 day eviction notice and turn around and take you to court?
our landlord gave us a 3 day evicition notice,and then gave us court papers to go to court for non payment of this month rent, we live in ohio.it was on the 6th day of october he gave us a 3day to get out, and on the 12 day of october, we found court papers in our door, to go to court, because we have not paid rent this month,our landlord is lossing this house,he is in a forecloser, we are moving out this month

I have kindly made my landlords aware of the issues with the apartment that I have been living in for three years. These were existing problems and nothing I did. I am moving out by Jan 1st and they have conveniently forgotten in the past what exactly was wrong and i'm afraid I will have problems getting my security back
