Bad Check...(from a old payday loan)?Helpppppp...Can anyone tell me what steps is taken after a bad check is written...due to the fact I close a account 5 months ago thinking ever thing was taken care of...but now I get a call from a collection agency stating I had 5 days to send the money or he is turning over to the magistrate office
I took our a payday loan in missouri and am being threatened with prosecution.....?I took out a $500 payday loan with with repayment terms of 6 payments. I was a day late with making that payment and now they are telling me I must pay the balance in full by Monday or I will be prosecuted for passing bad checks, it was my understanding that they were not allowed to do that unless the check came back on a closed account (which it is not)

I have way too many payday loans at themoment five to be exact and now it is getting very hard to survive.?I know they are a rip-off with the interest they charge, however getting a traditional loan has been impossible, since my ex wife has totally destroyed my credit, if I were to put a stop payment on the payday loans and then make payment arrangements with them to pay off the balances is that illegal? Is it considered theft by check or anything along those lines

Rich Dad Poor Dad Cashflow 101 Game Questions?We just started playing the game CashFlow 101 and need to know about when you take a loan from the bank and the bank gives you the money, what do you do with that money? If the property is, let's say $200+passive cashflow do you end up paying the 10% to the bank with the money handed to you by the bank? Doesnt a positive cash flowing property make you money and the total expenses should go down not up? Are we missing something?
