got this e mail from my sis 5 mins ago thought i'd share it

The Trading standards Office have brought the following scam to our attention:

A card is posted through your door from a company called PDS (Parcel Delivery Service) suggesting that they were unable to deliver a parcel and that you need to contact them on 0906 6611911 (a premium rate number)
i got the following email today. is it scam? anyone else got it?

SECTION IN BANK OF AFRICA OUAGADOUGOU-BURKINA FASO IN WEST AFRICA WITH

What will we be paying for next?
We pay for things that don't even belong to the Government, it's all from the earth! The paths we walk on, water, electricity etc... why do we have to pay for something that's already free!

Are they gonna make us pay for the air we breathe next?

I am trying to play upgrades and I notice patterns in premarket trading that interest me. usually the price in premarket hours spikes above the previously closed price, although some trades are executed in a large number of shares that are the same as the previous closing price
Will anyone sell me some old stocks and bonds?
I do not want shares that are currently trading - only shares that are unissued or cancelled (the older the better).

If I have a stock on TSX Venture Exchange in Canada, are the stock quotes in CAD or US Dollars (I live in US)?
I live in the US and am just wondering when looking at the stock quotes for my shares traded on the TSXVE, if the quotes are in US dollars or CAD?

Why are there so many Share trades registered after the market closes at 16:30?
If you look at the Trades information for most major shares (eg. any ftse100) then there are usually a good 10+ trades logged AFTER 16:30, which is normal market closing time.
